Leadership Team
Meeting moms where they are...because life is better together!
We want every woman who steps through the doors of your group to feel at home. The MOPS Experience is all about creating an accepting, safe atmosphere, filled with warmth, encouraging words and these are MOPS Winter Garden's leaders committed to loving moms like Jesus.
Meet The Team

Jennie Clarke
Founder & Area Coordinator
She is one of our founding Coordinators for and our current Coordinator. This will be her 7th year with MOPS and 3rd as a leader.
To her, MOPS is about friendship, family, Jesus and having a group of friends that understand what you are going through , the highs and the lows- because they have gone through it too!
She is a lover of Jesus, camping, spending time in the outdoors and traveling to new places (mainly beach and mountain destinations). Jennie is also a big fan of history, specifically American history.
Jennie met her husband when she was 14 but they didn't start dating until after college. They have now been married for 9 years.
She has two boys who are almost 8 and 6.5 -
They are super friendly (you'll see) and energetic. They certainly keep her on her toes. She has been married to her husband for 9 years, but has known him since she was 14.
She believes that through Jesus and community you can thrive and grow as a mom.

Misty Mercier
Coordinator - Downtown
This is Misty's 5th year in a MOPS group and 4th as a leader.
To her, MOPS is all about gaining a team of moms to make it through life together. It’s about having someone to say, “I’ve been there too” and having a community to help make sense of all the crazy chaos of motherhood. She believes that all things are possible when we lean on God, and allow ourselves to be imperfectly perfect.
Misty has two sweet girls ages 4 and almost 7. They love all things girly and can usually be found doing ballet or singing along to a musical. Misty has been married to Tim for 9 years, and still loves him more every day - especially when he takes over wrangling the kids.
Misty has been a middle school teacher for 13 years and is currently a 6th grade science teacher at Foundation Academy. She’s looking forward to all the fun things to come this year, and ready to pour herself into our growing MOPS group and the community!

Sarah Diaz
Coordinator - Horizon West
Sarah has been with Mops for the past two years. She has three children ages 11, 10 and 2.
Her children often ask her why she goes to MOPS and she usually tells them “It’s because I need to learn how to be a better Mom.” They always respond, “You are a good mom! You don’t need Mops!” But she says, she knows MOPS does help her be a better Mom. Without MOPS, she would feel like a small ship floating alone in the vast ocean. MOPS is the lifeline that helps her feel connected with other moms while trying to navigate the seas of motherhood together.
When she is not going to MOPS, or hanging out with her kids, she is binge watching True Crime or learning a new hobby. Currently she is learning to quilt.
She met her husband in Richmond, Virginia and they moved to Florida in 2018. They have been married 4 years and enjoy going to amusement parks and traveling.
She works from home as a Laboratory application support analyst. Working from home can be isolating so she enjoys being out of the house as much as possible when it’s not working hours.

Sarah Gordon
Co-Coordinator - Downtown
Sarah grew up in Southern California, moved to Washington state and married. She has a blended family of five kids, two dogs and a cat she can’t get rid of (the cat) not the kids or dogs.
She spent many years as a nurse and single parent. She decided to take some time to focus on family and haven’t looked back. They are entering the grown and not yet flown stage of life with a college freshman, a graduating senior, a 16 year old and 14 year old. Their youngest is 7 and thinks he’s 21.
She loves Jesus, wine and tacos. She's passionate about God and His heart for people. She firmly believes Grace wins.
Every. Single. Time

Rachel Weaver
Co-Coordinator - Horizon West
Rachel is a mom of two who loves the beach, pools, and anything else near the water. She loves exploring new places and her latest adventure is homeschooling her daughter for kindergarten!
Rachel met her husband Mike 13 years ago during a summer internship and the rest is history! They have two children – a 5 year old daughter who loves all things girly and a 3 year old son who loves vehicles. Together they love swimming and discovering new playgrounds.
Rachel loves the sisterhood aspect of MOPS and it’s a large reason why she chose to join the leadership team. When she became a mother, she joined a local MOPS group and met several women who helped guide her motherhood journey and her goal is to create a space for others to do the same. Rachel really enjoys the group meetings and the messages leave her feeling empowered.

Sarah Conroy
Publicity
Sarah's biggest joy is being a Mom to a wonderful 6 year old boy. We love traveling together and doing things around Central Florida.
Sarah also enjoys Disney outings, running, hiking, and am quite a foodie at heart. I’ve been inspired by the friendship and support network that MOPS provides to women of all backgrounds and is so excited to be joining the leadership team to be able to welcome new moms to our group and continue the wonderful work of the team!

Tori Hamilton
Creative
This is Tori’s third year in MOPS and first as a leader.
To Tori, MOPS is a place to find a group of Mom’s who understand what it’s like to be the driving force in a family. Take some time together to recharge and enjoy friendship in the mist of motherhood.
Tori is a Mom to Charlie age 5, who loves all things unicorns and kitty cats. As well as David age 10, who loves all things roller coasters and video games. Tori has been married to Ron for 16 years, and is about to celebrate the 20th anniversary of their meeting!
Tori works in Product Development with Disney and loves to create fun things at home and at work. She loves all things crafts and is excited to bring that love to our MOPS meetings!

Leslie Maser
Admin
This is Leslie's 5th year in a MOPS group and 3rd as a leader.
To Leslie, MOPS is all about finding a place to belong and shoulders to lean on with other mommas who are in the same journey in life you are in!
Leslie has two little kiddos, a 5 year old boy and a 2 year old girl! They love the pool, going for walks and playing with ALL the TOYS! She and her husband have been married for almost 13 years and met when they were both in college at Georgia Tech. Go Jackets!
Leslie is a SAHM, but previously worked in supply chain management. However, she is really educated to be a high school history teacher! She loves all the sports both watching college athletes or professionals or playing herself and is always looking forward to the Olympics!

Sarah Marseck
Hospitality
This is Sarah's 4th year in a MOPS group but her first in a leadership role!
MOPS has been a cornerstone in Sarah’s motherhood journey. To Sarah, MOPS is about sharing in the victories and struggles that come with raising our next generation and creating meaningful and true friendships. MOPS has provided her so much support and love and she looks forward to paying her experiences forward.
Sarah has two sons, Maddox (6) and Miller (1).
She has been married to her best friend, Steven, for 8 years! Sarah grew up in the Midwest but followed her love of the Florida sun and relocated to Windermere 3 years ago after spending a few years in St. Petersburg.
Sarah is a pediatrician by trade and specializes in the care of acutely ill hospitalized children. She works at UF Shands and enjoys not only “doctoring”, but teaching the next generation of physicians. She always enjoys substitute teaching at Maddox’s school and volunteering for Addendum 185, a local non-profit supporting adoptive families. Sarah enjoys running and of course, going to Disney.
